Downloading the Yoco App
Click on the relevant App Store below to download the Yoco Mobile App, and set yourself up to run your business on the go.
✨ The Yoco Mobile App is compatible with Android 6 and iOS 12 (and above) smartphones and tablets.
✨ Want to check which version of the Yoco App you're using?
Go to your Personal settings by selecting your name in the top left corner of your screen (Yoco Mobile App) or from the menu on the left of your screen (Yoco Web App).
Select the Legal tile/widget.
The app version will be displayed near the bottom of the screen.
Navigating the Yoco App
The Yoco App (mobile or web) has six sections (select a link below to skip ahead to your preferred section):
1. Hub
The Hub tab is the heartbeat of your business and offers an overview of its performance. It has three sections that provide quick access to some of the key aspects of your business.
Featured shows which areas of the app you visit most, and includes important notifications about your business and Yoco profile.
Today in sales lets you take a deep dive into your daily sales figures to uncover trends and spot opportunities.
Reports provides sales, product, and staff reports that deliver well-presented data and clear, legible graphs to help you understand your business even better.

2. Sales
The Sales tab centralises all of your sales tools and offers instant access to your:
✨ Select the Payment link or New invoice quick action buttons in the top right corner of the Sales tab to create a new payment link or invoice quickly.
Sales history
From the Sales history tile/widget in the Sales tab, you can:
View all your sale details, including the amount, payment time, status, method, sales notes, and order number, and filter them by date, status, method, type, staff, and device.
Select a specific sale to send/resend a receipt, issue a refund, make/edit a sales note, or assign a sale to a different staff member.
View your sales by payment method (card, cash, payment link etc.), products, staff, and status (approved, refunded etc.), based on your chosen date range.

Sales report
From the Sales report tile/widget in the Sales tab, you can:
View sales data for various date ranges, including today, yesterday, this week, last week, this month, and last month.
Click on the insights buttons (right of the graph) to see each insight presented visually.
View a detailed breakdown of your sales data for the selected period, including sales counts, fee amounts and the net amount per payment type.

Payment links

View a list of all your payment links.
Create a new payment link and share it with your customer.

Payment Gateway
On the Payment Gateway tile/widget in the Sales tab, you’ll find:

Online sales history
From the Online sales history tile/widget in the Sales tab, you can:
View sale details for all online sales (payment link, payment page, payment gateway, WooCommerce, Wix, etc.) and filter them by date, status, method, type, staff, and device.
3. Money
The Money tab highlights the money side of your business, providing easy access to:
Payouts
View all previous payouts, including Instant Payouts.
Request an Instant Payout by selecting the + Instant Payout button.
Download your payout reports.
Yoco Capital
The Yoco Capital tile/widget in the Money tab gives you easy access to financing that can help your business grow.

Manage payout
The Manage payout tile/widget in the Money tab lets you choose between Standard, Fast, and Weekly Payout.
Standard payout = Get paid within 1–2 business days.
Fast payout = Get paid by 8am daily.
Weekly payout = Get paid by 8am on your chosen day of the week.
Fees
The Fees tile/widget in the Money tab provides a clear breakdown of the fees you pay on your Yoco Plan.

4. Manage
The Manage tab helps you manage these critical aspects of your business:
Stock
View a list of all the products that have stock tracking enabled.
Select a product to check its stock details and enter or edit stock tracking details.
Manage your stock alert communication preferences.

Create your product catalogue.

Staff
Access the list of staff member profiles linked to your Yoco profile.
Select staff member’s profile to update their permission settings, change their details, reset their PIN for staff switching, or delete their profile if they’ve left the business.

5. Business settings
The Business settings section centralises the settings for your business.
To find your Business settings, select your business name in the top right corner of your screen (Yoco Mobile App) or from the menu on the left of your screen (Yoco Web App).
From this section of the Yoco App you can:
View the fees related to your Yoco Plan, and update/downgrade your Plan.
Edit your business information including your logo, social media accounts and trading information.
Update your bank details.
Update your communication preferences.
Edit your receipt settings.
Edit your tip settings.
Update your payment methods.
Buy a new card machine, add a card machine to your profile, remove a card machine from your profile.
View your referrals.
View and download tax invoices and statements from Yoco.
Customise your trading hours to enable clearer reporting.
Add multiple locations to your Yoco profile.

6. Personal settings
The Personal settings tab is all about you, the business owner.
To find your Personal settings, select your name or the initials icon in the top left corner of your screen (Yoco Mobile App) or from the menu on the left of your screen (Yoco Web App).
From the Personal settings page in the Yoco App (mobile or web), you can:
Edit your mobile number and email address
