In a busy restaurant, knowing what's happening at every table matters. Table Management gives you and your staff a live view of seated guests, open orders and table status across Counter/the Yoco POS App and all of the Khumo devices. Set it up once in the Yoco App (mobile or web), then manage tables and service from wherever your team is working.

The Tables tab only appears on your Counter/Yoco POS App and Khumo devices once you've set up your sections and tables in the Yoco App (mobile or web). This is a one-time setup and once it's done, you're ready to run your floor.

Adding sections and tables
Select the Manage tab.
Select the Tables tile/widget.
Select the Create tables button.
Enter a section name, e.g. Outdoor, Balcony, Bar and enter the number of tables available in that section. As soon as you enter the number of tables, the screen will expand to show the number of tables you've specified.
Give each table a name and enter the number of guests it can seat. This step is optional, but it can help your team manage tables more easily during busy service.
💡 Good to know: You can return to this screen to update section and table names as often as you like. Any changes you make will reflect on your Counter/Yoco POS App immediately.Select the Save button.
Your section will now appear on your screen. Select the Create tables button to add other sections with tables.
✨ Top tip: Once you've added at least one section and table, the Tables tab will appear automatically on Counter, the Yoco POS App and all your linked Khumo devices. If it doesn't show up straight away, try logging out and back in.
