Yoco & Xero Integration

Here's what you need to know about the Yoco and Xero integration.

Since retiring Yoco’s original integration with Xero Accounting Software in 2020, many of our merchants have requested a smoother way to sync their Yoco sales data with Xero – without the need for manual exports. We’ve listened, and the integration is once again available, this time with a powerful, seamless sync experience.

  • Import daily sales directly into your Xero account.

  • Choose to sync daily sales as a single summary or full order detail.

  • Link refunds to the original payments automatically.

  • Show payouts in Xero as net deposits that match your bank account.

  • Map sales, fees, and taxes to the right Xero accounts.

  • Automate data syncs on a set schedule.

✨ If you’re already using Table by Yoco, or Vend, Lightspeed, or Loyverse with Yoco and syncing that data to Xero, it remains business as usual – there’s no need for you to use this integration.

Can businesses who currently use Xero (without Yoco) switch to Yoco? Absolutely! Yoco can help your business sell products and/or services (raise and send invoices and receive payments), keep your records up to date, and take care of your external and internal (not for compliance) reporting.

How do existing Yoco merchants integrate with Xero? If you're currently on the Core Plan or Plus Plan, you'll need to upgrade to the Pro Plan to integrate with Xero. Will Yoco Capital loans show up on a Xero invoice? Yes, if you have an active Yoco Capital loan (which is paid back through daily settlements), the data will be included in the sync to Xero.

How will Yoco refunds reflect in Xero? Yoco’s API doesn’t (yet) allow Amaka to reliably connect refunds to their original sales line items. This means that if you issue multiple refunds, they’ll show up as separate entries – and they won’t be linked to the specific items sold.
