Yoco & Sage Integration

Here’s what you need to know about the Yoco and Sage integration.

Updated this week

The Yoco and Sage integration automatically syncs a daily summary of your Yoco sales into Sage. It keeps your books accurate and up to date, with far less manual capturing and fewer errors.

  • Save hours every month on reconciliation and month-end admin.

  • See your Yoco sales, refunds, tax, fees, and tips in your Sage account.

  • Easily reconcile Yoco payouts in Sage.

  • Let Amaka do the heavy lifting with a guided set-up.

Please note: The Yoco and Sage integration sends daily totals to Sage – you won’t see a separate invoice for each sale.

Is the Sage integration right for you?

Best fit if…

Not ideal if…

You sell through a single channel (e.g. one store, salon, bar, or restaurant using Yoco point of sale (POS).

You sell across multiple channels (e.g. store + Shopify + other online channels) and need separate reporting per channel in Sage. Right now, the integration groups all Yoco transactions together in Sage, so channel-level breakdowns aren’t supported yet.

You're happy with a daily summary in Sage, rather than a long list of individual invoices for each sale you've made.

You need detailed product or stock reporting in Sage. The Sage integration doesn’t send product or inventory details (only daily totals), so it won’t keep stock levels in Sage up to date.

You only need accurate daily totals for sales, tax, and Yoco fees, not invoice-level detail.

You’re using 3rd party POS solutions like LightSpeed or TABLE by YOCO, as non-card payments will not be synced to Sage.

Your products and tax rates are already set up in the Yoco POS App – this keeps your Sage data tidy and helps make tax reporting easier.

You (or your accountant) are comfortable working with Sage’s Chart of Accounts – you don't mind seeing sales and fees as journal entries rather than individual invoices.

📈 Yoco and Sage Integration FAQs

Does the integration sync each sale or just a summary? It sends a daily summary of your Yoco sales to Sage as journal entries that are added to your Chart of Accounts.

Can I see product-level detail in Sage? No, the integration does not include product, SKU, or category details, and it won’t update stock or inventory levels in Sage. You can still view product-level detail in the Yoco App (mobile or web).

Does the integration support location-level reporting? Separate location reporting is not supported by the integration yet. If your business has multiple Yoco locations, all sales will be grouped together in Sage.

Do unclosed orders sync automatically? No, only Closed orders in your Yoco point of sale (POS) are included in the sync. To ensure that your daily totals are complete, check that all orders are marked ‘closed’ at the end of the day.

Can I use this integration if I already have other apps connected to Sage? If another app (e.g. your online store) already sends sales data to Sage, enabling the Yoco integration could create duplicate entries. Check with your accountant or Amaka before activating multiple integrations.

How can I get set up with this integration? The Yoco and Sage integration is only available as part of the Accelerate Plan. If you’re already on this plan, head to the Manage tab if the Yoco app (mobile or web), to connect Yoco and Sage.
