Here’s what you need to know about the Yoco and stub integration.

The Yoco and stub integration automatically syncs your Yoco sales and financial data into stub, so you can spend less time on admin and more time running your business. Instead of exporting spreadsheets, matching payouts manually, or tracking fees line by line, your information syncs automatically between Yoco and stub.

With the integration, you can:

  • Bring your sales, expenses, and other income together in one place.

  • Automatically sync your Yoco sales, payouts, fees, refunds, tips, and Yoco Capital repayments into stub.

  • Automatically reconcile your Yoco payouts with your bank deposits.

  • Categorise transactions correctly for accurate bookkeeping and reporting.

  • Generate reports like profit and loss, cash flow, and VAT reports.

Connecting Yoco to stub


  1. Log in to the Yoco App (mobile or web).

  2. Go to the Manage tab.

  3. Select the Yoco Connect tile/widget.

  4. Select the stub tile/widget.

  5. When you stub page opens, select the Connect button in the top right corner of the screen.

  6. You’ll now be redirected to the stub app. Select the green Connect button from the menu on the left of your screen.

  7. Log in to your stub account or create one if you haven’t signed up yet.

  8. Approve the connection between Yoco and stub.

  9. Click the Sync data button and your Yoco transactions will start flowing into stub.

💡 Good to know: Once Yoco and stub are connected, your Yoco data will continue syncing into stub automatically.

✨ You can trigger a sync anytime from income, expenses, sales, or apps. Wherever you are in stub, simply select Yoco → Sync data.

💬 Yoco and stub FAQs

How often does the data sync? The sync frequency depends on how regularly you use stub. You can also manually trigger a sync anytime by going to Income/Expenses/Sales or Apps → Yoco → Sync data.

Does the integration sync historical data? Yes, when you first connect your accounts, you can choose the date you’d like to import historical data from.

Will my bank deposits match my Yoco sales exactly? No, your Yoco payout amount is the net amount paid into your bank account after fees, refunds, and Yoco Capital repayments have been deducted. stub breaks down each component separately so your records reconcile correctly.

Are Yoco transactions categorised automatically? Yes, stub automatically categorises Yoco fees and related transactions to help keep your records accurate from day one.

Are products and stock synced between Yoco and stub? Not yet, but this functionality is planned for a future release.

How are Yoco Capital repayments handled? If you have an active Yoco Capital advance, repayments are synced into stub and tracked against your loan records.

How do refunds work? Refunds sync into stub as negative income entries so your reports reflect your actual revenue.

Is the connection secure? Yes, the integration uses secure OAuth authentication technology. stub never stores or has access to your Yoco password.

Does the integration cost extra? Yes, stub charges a separate monthly subscription fee. This is billed directly by stub and is separate from your Yoco Plan fee. Click here to find out more about stub pricing.

My transactions aren’t showing up. What should I do?

Please check that:

  • Your Yoco account is connected correctly in stub.

  • You’ve selected Sync data.

  • Your Yoco account is active and in good standing.

If you still need help, please contact stub support.


Can I disconnect my Yoco account? Yes, you can disconnect your account at any time by going to Apps → Yoco → Disconnect. Disconnecting your account stops future syncs, but your historical data will remain in stub.
