Your Business settings in the Yoco App (mobile or web) have everything to do with setting up and keeping your business running smoothly. Here you can view and update all your business-critical information.

π‘ Top tip: To access your Business settings, click on your business name in the bottom left corner of the Yoco Web App, or tap on it in the top right corner of the Yoco Mobile App.
On the Business settings tab, you'll find a series of tiles/widgets that allows you to view and update your business details, activate settings, add multiple locations to your Yoco profile, and more.
Let's take a closer look.
1. Plans
Select the Plans tile/widget in your Business settings to:
Check which Yoco Plan you're on.
View the fees for your Yoco Plan, including in-person and online transaction fees, and connectivity fees.
Upgrade/downgrade your Yoco Plan β select the Manage your plan link near the top of the screen to explore your options.

2. Business details
β¨ Please note:
Updating your business details is always password protected.
Information may need to be verified before changes can be reflected.
Greyed out details require extra verification and can only be changed by contacting Yoco Support.
From the Business details tile/widget, you can change your:
Basic details (like your logo, business email address, website address, etc.)
Trading address
Social media handles

π‘ Good to know: For best results, upload your logo in a JPEG or PNG format. Keep it square or as close to square as possible, and at least 500 x 500 pixels in size.

3. Bank details
Select the Bank details tile/widget in your Business settings to view or change the details of the bank account linked to your Yoco profile and into which your Yoco payouts are made.

π‘ Good to know: Changes to bank details must be verified before they will reflect in the Yoco App (mobile or web). Please allow at least 48 hours for verification (and check your inbox) before contacting our Support Team.
In certain instances, additional documentation may be required to verify your bank details β this could result in longer verification times.
4. Communication preferences
Select the Communication preferences tile/widget in your Business settings to manage how Yoco communicates with you and your staff and to add or edit who receives your Yoco reports.

5. Receipt settings
The Yoco receipt you send your customers after a successful payment displays your logo, basic business details, bank details, and social media handles. The Receipt settings tile/widget in your Business settings lets you preview your receipt and customise some of your receipt settings.

6. Tip settings
Select the Tip settings tile/widget in your Business settings to manage how your business accepts tips from customers.

π‘ Good to know: Whichever tip setting you choose will be applied to all of your Yoco card machines and/or the Yoco POS App.
7. Payment methods
Select the Payment methods tile/widget in your Business settings to choose or change the payment methods your customers can use when buying from your business. These payment methods are recorded in your Sales history.
π‘ Good to know: Card, payment link and cash are 'always on' as payment methods β you don't need to activate them in the Yoco App (mobile or web).

8. Card machines
Select the Card machines tile/widget in your Business settings to manage the Yoco card machine(s) linked to your profile, or to buy a new one.

9. Business referrals
Select the Business referrals tile/widget in your Business settings to view your list of referrals, copy your referral link, or to download your referral QR code and earn rewards.

10. Tax invoices
Select the Tax invoices tile/widget in your Business settings to view and download your monthly tax invoices from Yoco. These tax invoices include a breakdown of all your sales, payouts and fees.
11. Statements
Select the Statements tile/widget in your Business settings to view and download your monthly statements from Yoco.
12. Trading hours
Select the Trading hours tile/widget in your Business settings to customise your trading hours for clearer reporting β choose between 12amβ12am and 5amβ5am.
13. Locations
Select the Locations tile/widget in your Business settings to add new locations for your business, and to manage your existing locations.

14. Get help

Select the Terms and conditions tile/widget in your Business settings to view our official and legal documents, including our Merchant T&Cs, card machine and SIM card policy, Privacy T&Cs, and more.

16. Platform status
Select the Platform status tile/widget in your Business settings for real-time notifications on any changes relating to our platform.
