Staff permissions for voids
All staff have the Void items and orders permissions turned on by default whether they're using the Yoco POS App on Counter, an iPad/smartphone, or any of the Khumo devices. You only need to adjust permissions when you want to limit staff access – this happens in the Yoco App (mobile or web).
Before an order has been saved, any staff member can tap the red trash can icon to remove items from it or delete it.
Once an order has been saved, only staff with the Void items and orders permission can edit it at the Save, Charge, or Print bill stage, or delete it.
If a staff member doesn't have this permission, an Administrator or another staff member with the permission needs to approve the action.
Please note: Restricting permissions is only available on the Plus Plan or Pro Plan. If you're not on one of these plans, you'll need to upgrade to restrict discount permissions.
