Get a clear, real-time view of how your business is performing from your report dashboard. Here you can see what’s selling, how your team is performing, where you’re growing, and what to focus on next.
Your dashboard is split into four clear sections, packed with easy-to-read data that helps you understand your sales and make smarter decisions, faster.
To access your dashboard, select the Reports tab which sits under the Hub tab.
✨ All Yoco reports can be downloaded in Excel and CSV formats by selecting the download button in the top right corner of the screen.
1. Sales reports
The Sales Reports section provides a clear view of your sales and helps you understand the ins and outs of your business performance, so you can track trends and spot opportunities.
There are three tile/widgets in this section:
→ Sales report
Select the Sales report tile/widget in your Report dashboard for a comprehensive overview of your sales information.
From here, you can:
Tap the relevant button at the top of the screen to view sales data for today, yesterday, this week, last week, last month, this month, or to choose a custom date range. If you have our Location feature enabled, you can also view your sales by location.
View your Tips and Refunds total for the period you're reviewing (look to the right of your total sales figure).
Select the Total sales button under the Insights heading to view the data as a line graph instead of a bar graph which is the default setting.
See a detailed breakdown of your sales data for the selected period, including specific sales counts, payment types, fee amounts, tip amounts and the net amount per payment type.
✨ You can also view your Sales report by selecting the Sales tab and then the Sales report tile/widget.
→ Best day
The Best Day tile/widget shows your most profitable day in the past week, at a glance.
Select this widget to view a detailed breakdown of your sales data for your best day, including specific sales counts, payment types, fee amounts, tip amounts and the net amount per payment type.
→ Sales made
The Sales made tile/widget shows your total sale made in the past week, at a glance.
Select this tile/widget to view a detailed breakdown of your sales data for the last week, including specific sales counts, payment types, fee amounts, tip amounts and the net amount per payment type.
Product reports
The Product reports section shows how the various aspects of your product catalogue are performing, so you can make informed decisions about your menu and stock.
Select the Products tile/widget in your Report dashboard, then the relevant tab to view these reports:
→ Products
View top products sold, top selling product and top earning product.
See a breakdown of your sales by product.
Filter data by today, yesterday, this week, last week, last month, this month, or choose a custom date range.
→ Categories
View your top selling category, top earning category, total categories sold.
See a breakdown of your sales by category.
Filter data by today, yesterday, this week, last week, last month, this month, or choose a custom date range.
→ Brands
View your top selling brand, top earning brand, total categories sold.
See a breakdown of your sales by brand.
Filter data by today, yesterday, this week, last week, last month, this month, or choose a custom date range.
→ Modifiers
View your total modifiers sold and top-selling modifier.
See a breakdown of your sales by modifiers.
Filter data by today, yesterday, this week, last week, last month, this month, or choose a custom date range.

Location reports
The Location reports section explores the performance of each location, allowing you to compare results across locations so that you can optimise staffing and operations based on demand, and make informed decisions about where to invest time and resources.
Here you can:
View your top grossing location as well as the location with the most sales.
See a breakdown of your sales by location.
Filter data by today, yesterday, this week, last week, last month, this month, or choose a custom date range.
Staff reports
The Staff reports section gives you a clear view of how your team is performing, so you can identify top performers, optimise scheduling and staffing decisions, and support and grow your team.
Here you can:
View your top grossing seller.
View a breakdown of your sales by staff member.
Filter data by today, yesterday, this week, last week, last month, this month, or choose a custom date range.
