SalonBridge is an online salon and spa management platform that helps you manage appointments, staff, payments, online bookings, and more. Through the Yoco integration, you can accept online and in-person card payments directly through your Yoco account, while keeping your bookings and payments connected in one place.
With the Yoco and SalonBridge integration, your customers can:
Pay deposits for online bookings
Pay invoices online and in-store
Buy gift vouchers online and in-store
Purchase retail products online and in-store
Purchase courses online and in-store
Book and pay for classes online
✨ Your current Yoco payout schedule will apply to transactions processed through SalonBridge. Your online payment fees are based on your current Yoco Plan.
How the integration works
The customer visits your SalonBridge online booking page to make a booking, buy a voucher, or purchase retail products.
They proceed to checkout and pay securely using Yoco online payments.
The payment is is made into the bank account linked to your Yoco profile.
The booking or purchase is automatically confirmed in SalonBridge.
Getting started with the integration
SalonBridge can integrate with your Khumo Print (by request) and Neo Touch Yoco card machine and/or your online payment gateway. Select the relevant option below for a step-by-step guide.
Integrating your online payment gateway
Go to the Sales tab.
Select the Payment Gateway tile/widget.
Copy the Live Public Key and the Live Secret Key.
💡 Good to know: Live keys are for real transactions. If you’d like to check that your payments are working before using the Live keys, use the Test Keys with a test card. You’ll find the test keys and the test card under the Test Keys heading on the Payment Gateway page.
Log in to your SalonBridge account.
Select My Business → Integrations.
Select Yoco Online Payments from the available payment providers.
Enter the Live Public Key and the Live Secret/Private Key.
Save your settings and complete the connection process.
Your customers will now be able to pay online through Yoco during the checkout process.
Integrating your Yoco card machine
1. Enable the Yoco Web POS integration
Log in to your SalonBridge console.
Go to My Business → Integrations.
Find the Yoco Web POS integration.
Select the Enable button and confirm that you want to continue.
You’ll now be redirected to Yoco to authenticate your account.
Log in to your Yoco account and give SalonBridge permission to process payments through your Yoco card machine(s).
Once the authentication is complete, the Yoco Web POS integration will be enabled and you’ll be redirected back to SalonBridge.

2. Add your Yoco card machine
In your SalonBridge console go to My Business → Integrations.
Select the View/Edit Devices button on the Yoco Web POS tile/widget.
Enter a name for your Khumo Print or Neo Touch device, then select the Add Device button.

Your card machine is now linked to SalonBridge.
3. Start taking payments
Start a new payment.
Select Yoco Web POS as the payment method.
Choose the card machine you want to use.
Select the Pay button to send the payment to the device.
Ask your customer to tap, insert, or swipe their card on your Neo Touch or Khumo Print card machine.
Once the payment is approved, the transaction will automatically reflect in SalonBridge.
