How do existing Yoco merchants integrate with QuickBooks? If you're currently on the Yoco Original, Starter, or Core Plan, you'll need to upgrade to the Accelerate Plan to integrate with QuickBooks. Does the Yoco and QuickBooks integration sync data by location? No, not at the moment. So, if your Yoco setup includes multiple locations, the integration via Amaka will group all of your transactions, rather than location-specific breakdowns, for now.
Will Yoco Capital loans show up on a QuickBooks invoice? Yes, if you have an active Yoco Capital loan (which is paid back through daily settlements), the data will be included in the sync to QuickBooks.
How will Yoco refunds reflect in Quickbooks? Refunds are captured in Quickbooks but they cannot be linked to an individual item in an order. They will show up as separate entries.
Is it possible to sync historical data? Yes, you can choose the start date for your data sync in the integration scheduler. You can backdate the sync up to one year.
