Please note: If you bought your Yoco card machine, Counter, or printer second hand, the warranty would have been voided as soon as the device was transferred from the seller to you.
How to order your replacement device
Start a conversation with our Support Team via our in-app chat and let them know that you’d like to order a replacement device.
CCD Couriers will email, WhatsApp, SMS and call you with instructions on how to schedule a delivery slot. Click here for full delivery details.
Put the faulty device and everything that came with it (cables, charger, manuals, marketing material etc.) in the original packaging, and have it ready to hand over to CCD Couriers when they arrive with your replacement machine.
Before you sign for your replacement device, please check it carefully to make sure that it’s in good condition and switch it on to ensure that it’s allocated to your business.
✨ Important: CCD Couriers can only hand over your replacement card machine, Counter, or printer if you give them the faulty device in return.
💡 Good to know: CCD Couriers delivers to major metro areas within 3 working days and to non-metro areas within 4 working days.
What about the Yoco Neo, Yoco Pro, and Yoco Lite?
As of March 2025, the Yoco Pro and Yoco Lite card machines are no longer supported by Yoco and cannot be replaced. You will have received email communications from Yoco advising you of this change.
