Your Sales history in the Yoco App (mobile or web) provides a detailed view of every sale processed through Yoco. It’s designed to help you track transactions, review payment activity, and understand how your business is performing over time.
To access your Sales History, select the Sales tab, then click on or tap the Sales history tile/widget.
From the Sales history tile/widget you can:
Searching for a sale
You can search your Sales history for a specific sale in two ways.
→ Use the search bar
Select the Sales tab.
Select the Sales history tile/widget.
Type in the sale amount, note, receipt number or the last four digits of the card that was used to pay for the sale in the search bar.
→ Use filters
Select the Sales tab.
Select the Sales history tile/widget.
Select the relevant filter at the top of the screen to view one or more sales by:
Date
Status (approved, declined, aborted, error, refunded, or other)
Payment method (card, cash, free, or other)
Type (in-person, payment link, payment gateway etc.)
Staff member
Device
Location

Viewing sale details
Select the Sales tab.
Select the Sales history tile/widget.
Once you've located a sale, click or tap on it to open the Sale details screen, where you can see the following information for each sale:
Sale date
Staff member responsible for the sale
Payment method
Receipt number
Order number
Location
Products sold (if you’re using a product catalogue)
Tip
VAT (if applicable)
Discount
Total sale amount
Sending a receipt
Select the Sales tab.
Select the Sales history tile/widget.
Click on or tap the specific sale you want to send a receipt for.
When the Sale details screen opens, select the Send receipt button.
If you’re happy with the preview, select the Send receipt button.
Enter the customer’s email address or mobile number.
Select the Send receipt button.

Refunding a sale
Select the Sales tab.
Select the Sales history tile/widget.
Click on or tap the specific sale your want to refund.
When the Sale details screen opens, select the Refund button.
If you're refunding a cash sale or a sale made using another non-card payment method, select the Continue button to confirm that you understand the sale will not be refunded by Yoco.
Choose a reason for the refund, then select the Confirm refund button.
The Sale details screen will now be updated to reflect the refund.
❗ Important: Refunds can't be undone once you’ve selected the Confirm refund button.

Adding a sales note
Select the Sales tab.
Select the Sales history tile/widget.
Click on or tap the sale your want to add a note to so that it's easier to find in your Sales History.
When the Sale details screen opens, select the Add note button.
Add a note, e.g. an invoice number or customer name.
Select the Save button.
The note will now reflect in your Sale details.
To edit the note, select the Edit note button at the top of the Sale details screen.
Assigning a sale to another staff member
Select the Sales tab.
Select the Sales history tile/widget.
Click on or tap the sale your want to assign to a different staff member.
When the Sale details screen opens, select the Assign sale button.
Choose the staff member you want to assign the sale to from the list.
Select the Confirm button.
The staff member you've selected will now reflect in your Sale details.
Downloading your Sales History
Select the Sales tab.
Select the Sales history tile/widget.
Select the download icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Choose which file type you want (CSV or Excel) and wait for it to download.
Go to the Downloads folder on your device and select the file to open it.
✨ Need to convert a CSV file to an Excel spreadsheet?
Double-click the .csv file – it should open in Excel automatically.
Select File → Save As.
Choose Excel Workbook (*.xlsx)
Select the Save button.
