How to Replace a Faulty Yoco Card Machine

Ordering your replacement card machine

If your Yoco Go, Neo, Neo Touch, Khumo or Khumo Print is still under warranty (you bought it new less than a year ago), and we find that it’s faulty, we’ll replace it free of charge – and deliver it to your door (also free of charge) through our delivery partner, CCD Couriers.

💡 Good to know: If you bought your Yoco card machine second hand, the warranty would have been voided as soon as the device was transferred from the seller to you.

Here’s how to order your replacement card machine:

  1. Start a conversation with our Support Team via our in-app chat and let them know that you’d like to order a replacement card machine.

  2. CCD Couriers will email, WhatsApp, SMS and call you with instructions on how to schedule a delivery slot. Click here for full delivery details.

  3. Put the faulty card machine and everything that came with it (cables, charger, manuals, marketing material etc.) in the original packaging, and have it ready to hand over to CCD Couriers when they arrive with your replacement machine.

  4. Before you sign for your replacement machine, please check it carefully to make sure that it’s in good condition and switch it on the ensure that it’s allocated to your business.

Important: CCD Couriers can only hand over your replacement card machine, if you give them the faulty card machine in return.

💡 Good to know: CCD Couriers delivers to major metro areas within three working days and to non-metro areas within four working days.

What about the Yoco Pro and Yoco Lite?

The Yoco Pro and Yoco Lite card machines are no longer supported by Yoco and can’t be replaced – you will have received email communications from Yoco advising you of this change.
