Trying to log in, but can't remember your password? No problem! Here are the steps to resetting (or simply changing) your password on the Yoco App, or on the Business Portal.
Reset your password
From the Yoco Business Portal
Go to the Business Portal login screen
Select Forgot password?
You'll be prompted to reset your password by entering your email address, the same one you used when you first signed up.
Check your email inbox for an email from Yoco.
Open the email and click the Reset here button.
You'll be navigated to your default browser where you can reset your password. Choose and enter your new password, confirm the password, and then select Submit.
When you receive the confirmation that your password has been changed, navigate back to the Yoco App, and log in with the new password.
From the Yoco POS App
If you're trying to log in, but can't remember your password, select Forgot your password? (located underneath the Login button)
On the next screen, enter the email address or mobile number associated with your Yoco account. Then, select Reset my password.
Check your email inbox for an email from Yoco.
Open the email and click the Reset here button.
You'll be navigated to your default browser where we'll prompt you to reset your password. Choose and enter your new password, confirm the password, and then select Submit.
When you receive the confirmation that your password has been changed, navigate back to the Yoco app, and log in with the new password.
Change your Yoco password
From the Yoco Business Portal
When logged into your Business Portal, select "Profile" from the menu.
Scroll down until you see Change Password
Confirm your current password, enter a new password, and confirm your new password.
Select "Submit".
From the Yoco POS App
Open the Yoco POS App and select "More", from the navigation bar.
Select "Change Password".
To change your password, enter your current/old password, your new password, and then confirm the new password.
Select "Save".
When your password has been successfully updated, we'll display a 'Password successfully set' confirmation pop-up.
ℹ️ IMPORTANT: If you're the main Yoco profile owner, and you've added staff members to your business, your staff will need to update their password on their own profiles.
Logging in vs signing up?
When you first download the Yoco POS App you'll be offered these two options:

Log in
Signing Up
If you select Sign up, this will prompt you to create a brand new Yoco profile. with a new bank account, contact details, and owner.

Logging In
You can log in to Yoco via the Yoco POS App (Check out how here) or via the Yoco Business Portal. If you've already signed up with Yoco, then you can simply log in. To log in, please enter the same details you used to sign up:
