Reset your password from the Yoco Mobile/Web App
If you're unable to log in because you can’t remember your password
Tap I forgot my password in the Yoco Mobile/Web App (here) login screen.
Enter the email address linked to your Yoco profile.
Then press Send password reset email.
Check your email inbox for a message from Yoco, open it and click on Reset here.
Once it opens in your browser, enter and confirm your new password, and then click Continue.
When you receive the confirmation that your password has been changed, navigate back to the Yoco Mobile/Web App here, and log in with your new password.
If you want to reset your password, but you know what your password currently is
Log in to the Yoco Mobile/Web App here, and navigate to your personal settings page by selecting your name or personal icon from the bottom of the tabs menu.
Then select the Reset password tile.
Once you've entered your current password and created a new one, please check your email or SMS inbox for a message from Yoco, open it and click on Reset here.
Once it opens in your browser, enter and confirm your new password, and then click Set password.
When you receive the confirmation that your password has been changed, navigate back to the Yoco Mobile/Web App here, and log in with your new password.
Reset your password from the Yoco POS App
If you're unable to log in because you can’t remember your password
If you're trying to log in to the Yoco POS App, but can't remember your password, select Forgot your password? (located underneath the Login button)
On the next screen, enter the email address associated with your Yoco profile. Then, select Reset my password.
Check your email inbox for an email from Yoco.
Open the email and click the Reset here button.
You'll be navigated to your default browser where we'll prompt you to reset your password. Choose and enter your new password, confirm the password, and then select Set password.
When you receive the confirmation that your password has been changed, navigate back to the Yoco POS App, and log in with the new password.
💡 IMPORTANT: If you're the Yoco profile owner, and you've added staff members to your business profile, your staff will need to update their password on their own profiles.
Logging in vs signing up?
When you first download the Yoco Mobile App you'll be offered these two options:
Sign up
Log in
If you need to download the Yoco Mobile App, it's available from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Signing Up
If you select Sign up, this will prompt you to create a brand new Yoco profile with a new bank account, contact details, and owner.

Logging In
You can log in to Yoco via the Yoco POS App (Check out how here) or via the Yoco Mobile/Web App here. If you've already signed up with Yoco, then you can simply log in.
To log in, please enter the same details you used to sign up:
