Yoco iPad Bundle: Setup Guide
Updated over a week ago

About Yoco and the Point of Sale App

Welcome to the Yoco POS and your new countertop setup for a seamless checkout and payments experience! Here are key points to keep in mind as you set up:

  1. Yoco Web/Mobile App: This is your hub for managing your product catalog, staff access, and business profile. Download it for free on a compatible mobile device or access it online at app.yoco.com. The App is designed for business owners and administrators, so your staff won't need access.

  2. Yoco POS: This app is for managing sales and should be downloaded on your Yoco iPad at the counter. Staff will log in to process sales, while product management is done through the Yoco App. Your product catalog will already be available on the POS.

  3. Yoco Neo Touch: This is your new card machine for processing payments, featuring a compact charging cradle for your countertop.

Set up your Yoco iPad Bundle

Now, unbox your Yoco iPad Bundle in parts: Install your iPad in its stand and connect to WiFi to download the Yoco POS App. Next, log in and link it to your Neo Touch card machine. We recommend doing a test transaction to ensure everything is working smoothly.

Happy selling! 🎉

Step 1: Install Tablet Stand and Neo Touch on your countertop

  1. Unscrew the two small screws on a shorter side of the Yoco iPad Stand and slide off the cover.

Note: A screwdriver is included in the box.

  2. Insert the Yoco iPad into the Stand as directed, then replace the cover and secure it with the screws.

  3. Connect the power cable to the Yoco iPad Stand and plug it into a power source.

  4. Set the Yoco Neo Touch cradle on your counter and connect its power cable to the cradle and a power source.

Step 2: Switch on Neo Touch, log in and connect to WiFi

Power up and log in to your Neo Touch! Enter your email or phone number and your signup password, then tap "Log in."

Connect to WiFi:

  1. Go to the Neo Touch home screen.

  2. Tap the cog icon in the top left.

  3. Connect your Neo Touch to the same WiFi network as your iPad.

Step 3: Start up iPad, enter Apple ID and connect to WiFi

  1. Turn on your iPad and follow the prompts to enter your Apple ID and password.

  2. Connect to a stable WiFi network, by going to your iPad's connection settings.

Having trouble with WiFi? You need a strong, stable connection for the Yoco iPad Bundle. In the meantime, you can use a WiFi hotspot from another device (with a SIM), insert your own SIM into the iPad, or connect your iPad directly to the WiFi router with a LAN cable.

Step 4: Download the Yoco POS App on your iPad

  1. Go here or, simply go into the App Store on your iPad, and search for 'Yoco POS'.

  2. Select the download button and allow the app permission to access your tablet.

Struggling to download? Make sure your tablet is connected to WiFi or a stable internet source (above).

Step 5: Log in to the Yoco POS App and link your Neo Touch

Log in to the Yoco POS App on your iPad using the username (email or mobile number) and password from your Yoco profile signup.

To link your Neo Touch, you'll need to find its serial number on the back of the card machine. It'll look something like this:

💡 Please make sure to look for the serial number on your Neo Touch card machine, not on the charging cradle.
