When you buy a Yoco card machine or Yoco Counter POS system from yoco.com or through the Yoco App (mobile or web), or you request a replacement card machine or SIM card from our Support Team, CCD Couriers, delivers the item(s) to your door free of charge. Here’s what to expect.
Delivery slot confirmation
As soon as you’ve completed your purchase or replacement request, CCD Couriers will email, WhatsApp, SMS and call you with instructions on how to schedule a delivery slot.
Once you’ve selected a convenient delivery date and time, CCD Couriers will confirm your chosen delivery slot via email, WhatsApp and SMS. You'll also receive a tracking number for your Yoco delivery.
If you need to change your delivery slot at any point, simply call the number provided in the confirmation email, WhatsApp and SMS to arrange a new date and time.
You can use the same contact number to change your delivery address, if necessary.
💡Good to know: CCD Couriers delivers to major metro areas within three working days and to non-metro areas within four working days.

Delivery day details
CCD Couriers will contact you to confirm that your card machine or SIM card is on its way to you.
Your CCD courier will arrive for your scheduled delivery appointment in an unmarked vehicle, wearing a CCD Couriers uniform, and carrying a CCD Couriers identification card.
💡Good to know: You won’t need to show your ID card to receive your Yoco package.
