How long will delivery take?

When you buy your card machine from Yoco online, we’ll deliver to major metro cities across South Africa (free of charge) within 3 working days from completing your order, or within 4 working days to non-metro areas. Our delivery partners are CCD Couriers. After you complete your order on yoco.com or from the Yoco Web or Mobile App, you’ll be emailed and SMSed by CCD Couriers to schedule a delivery slot that suits you best.


When will I get my CCD delivery?

CCD couriers will contact you via email to arrange a time slot for your delivery, from Monday to Friday between 08h00 - 17h00.

Click on the link in your email from CCD to go to the CCD website and verify yourself using your phone number, where you can schedule your delivery window or time slot. If you want to change your delivery details for any reason, you can do so here too.

For metro areas: choose a 2-hour time slot that suits you.
For non-metro areas: choose a 4-hour time slot that suits you.


How will I know when my CCD delivery is on the way?

You’ll get an email from CCD to confirm your delivery slot once you’ve followed the appointment link and picked a day and time. We’ll also send you an email when your card machine delivery is en route and about to come home to you! ✨


Can I change my delivery details after I’ve scheduled my CCD time slot?

Yes you can, you can either contact Yoco or CCD directly to change your delivery details. Contact CCD by following the same link you got from them to schedule the delivery the first time, or contact a Yoco human to help you instead (details below).


How can I verify the CCD courier?

CCD Couriers will arrive in an unmarked vehicle for your scheduled delivery appointment, wearing a CCD uniform, and carrying a CCD Couriers identification card.


Can I show the courier driver my ID instead of uploading it on the App?

Your ID isn’t required at delivery. However, no matter how you get your Yoco card machine, you’ll still need to upload your ID on the Yoco Mobile or Web App to complete your verification and profile setup for payouts. Find out more here.


If I missed my CCD delivery, how can I get them to come back again?

If you have missed your delivery, you do not have to do anything from your side. CCD will call you again to reschedule.
