When you buy a Yoco card machine or Yoco Counter POS system from Yoco.com or through the Yoco App (mobile or web), or you request a replacement card machine or SIM card from our Support Team, CCD Couriers delivers the item(s) to your door free of charge. And it's literally as easy as one, two, three!
1. Confirm your delivery slot
Ordered a card machine or Counter?
As soon as you’ve completed the order for your new Yoco card machine or Yoco Counter, CCD Couriers will automatically assign you the first available slot in your area.
Next, they'll email, WhatsApp and SMS you to confirm the delivery date and time they've given you.
If the delivery slot you’ve been given doesn’t suit you, simply call the number provided in the confirmation email, WhatsApp and SMS to arrange a new date and time.
You can use the same contact number to change your delivery address, if necessary.
Ordered a replacement device or SIM card?
As soon as you’ve completed your purchase or replacement request, CCD Couriers will email, WhatsApp, SMS and call you with instructions on how to schedule a delivery slot.
Once you’ve selected a convenient delivery date and time, CCD Couriers will confirm your chosen delivery slot via email, WhatsApp and SMS. You'll also receive a tracking number for your Yoco delivery.
If you need to change your delivery slot at any point, simply call the number provided in the confirmation email, WhatsApp and SMS to arrange a new date and time.
You can use the same contact number to change your delivery address, if necessary.
💡Good to know: CCD Couriers delivers to major metro areas within three working days and to non-metro areas within four working days.

2. Track your order
You can track your order to find out where it is, and when it’ll be arriving at your front door, through the Yoco App (mobile or web).
Go to your Business Settings by selecting your business name in the top right corner of your screen (mobile app) or from the menu on the left of your screen (web app).
Select the Card machines tile.
Select the Order status tile.
4. A pop-up will appear showing you where your Yoco card machine is in the delivery process and confirming your scheduled delivery date and delivery address.
3. Receiving your order
CCD Couriers will contact you to confirm that your card machine, Counter or SIM card is on its way to you.
Your CCD courier will arrive for your scheduled delivery appointment in an unmarked vehicle, wearing a CCD Couriers uniform, and carrying a CCD Couriers identification card.
When your CCD Courier hands over your new/replacement machine or Counter, please check it carefully to ensure that it’s in good condition before signing for it.
If you're receiving a replacement card machine, please remember to hand your faulty card machine to the CCD courier, so that it can be returned to Yoco.
💡Good to know: You won’t need to show your ID card to receive your Yoco package.
