You can have as many card machines linked to your business profile as you like. In fact, many of our merchants who employ several staff members or have lots of stores do just that! You can also buy a mix of different Yoco machines, according to what suits your business best.

Buy another card machine from your Yoco Mobile/Web App
You can also get your card machine straight from the Yoco Mobile/Web App!
Go to your Business Settings in the Yoco App, by selecting your business name from the tabs menu.
Then, click on the Card machines tile, and select the Buy card machine button.
You'll then have the option to buy your next Yoco card machine to be delivered for free, within 3 business days.
✅ Your new card machine will already be linked to your Yoco Profile when it arrives, so you can simply switch it on and get selling.
Delivery
If you got your card machine from Yoco online, your card machine will be delivered to your door within 2-3 days, free of charge through our delivery partner CCD Couriers.
CCD couriers will contact you via email to arrange a time slot for delivery, from Monday to Friday between 08h00 - 17h00.
Click on the link in your email from CCD to go to the CCD website and verify yourself using your phone number, where you can schedule your delivery window or time slot. If you want to change your delivery details for any reason, you can do so here too.

⚠️ Note: If you buy a Yoco card machine from an independent supplier (like one of the above stores), you’ll need to add it to your Yoco Profile in the Mobile/Web App here before you can start using it.
How to link your new card machine to your Yoco Profile
Log in to your Yoco Mobile/Web App and go to your Business Settings, by selecting your business name from the menu on the left of the screen (right at the top).
Then, click on the Card machines tile, and select the + Card machine button. You'll then have the option to link a card machine.
Find and enter the serial number (S/N) from the label on the back of your Yoco card machine, including all numbers and/or letters that appear after 'S/N'.
Confirm and save the new card machine to your profile.
