Does the integration sync historical data? Yes, when you first connect your accounts, you can choose the date you’d like to import historical data from.
Will my bank deposits match my Yoco sales exactly? No, your Yoco payout amount is the net amount paid into your bank account after fees, refunds, and Yoco Capital repayments have been deducted. stub breaks down each component separately so your records reconcile correctly.
Are Yoco transactions categorised automatically? Yes, stub automatically categorises Yoco fees and related transactions to help keep your records accurate from day one.
How are Yoco Capital repayments handled? If you have an active Yoco Capital advance, repayments are synced into stub and tracked against your loan records.
How do refunds work? Refunds sync into stub as negative income entries so your reports reflect your actual revenue.
Is the connection secure? Yes, the integration uses secure OAuth authentication technology. stub never stores or has access to your Yoco password.
Does the integration cost extra? Yes. stub charges a separate monthly subscription fee of R189 per month. This is billed directly by stub and is separate from your Yoco Plan fee.
My transactions aren’t showing up. What should I do?
Please check that:
