To speak to a Yoco Support consultant, please contact support through your Yoco POS App or Business Portal.

Live chat with a Yoco Consultant

For a secure and personalised chat experience with direct access to a consultant, reach out to us through the Yoco App or Business Portal.

Our support consultants are available for live chat every day from 08:00 to 17:00. Outside of these hours, you can opt to leave a message or request a call for assistance, and our team will respond as soon as we're back online.

How do I chat to a consultant through the Yoco POS App?

  1. Login to the Yoco POS App

  2. Select More, from the navigation bar at the bottom

  3. Select Get help

  4. Select Chat to support and select Send us a message

  5. Select the most relevant option for your query and send us a message

How do I chat to a consultant through the Business Portal?

  1. Log in to your Business Portal

  2. Click on the blue chat icon, located on the bottom-right corner of the screen.

  3. Click on the chat icon and click Send us a message

  4. Select the most relevant option for your query and send us a message

WhatsApp

Chat to us between 08:00 to 17:00 every day, or get fast answers after-hours from our Bot Assistant on WhatsApp.
