For a secure and personalised chat experience with direct access to a consultant, reach out to us through the Yoco Mobile/ Web App.

Our support consultants are available for live chat every day from 08:00 to 17:00. Outside of these hours, you can opt to leave a message or request a call for assistance, and our team will respond as soon as we're back online.

How do I chat to a consultant through the Yoco Mobile App?

Need to download the Yoco Mobile App?

  1. Login to the Yoco Mobile App

  2. Select More, from the navigation bar at the bottom

  3. Select Get help

  4. Select Chat to support and select Send us a message

  5. Select the most relevant option for your query and send us a message

How do I chat to a consultant through the Yoco Web App?

  1. Log in to your Yoco Web App here and either click on your business logo or name to go to your Business Settings page, or click on your personal name or pic to go to your Personal Settings page.

  2. Click on the blue chat icon, located on the bottom-right corner of the screen.

  3. Click on the chat icon and click Send us a message

  4. Select the most relevant option for your query and send us a message

Chat to us between 08:00 to 17:00 every day, or get fast answers after-hours from our Bot Assistant on WhatsApp.
