Live chat with a Yoco Consultant

For a secure and personalised chat experience with direct access to a consultant, reach out to us through the Yoco App.

Our support consultants are available for live chat every day from 08:00 to 17:00. Outside of these hours, you can either chat with AI Support, or opt to leave a message or request a call for assistance, and our team will respond as soon as we're back online.

How do I chat to a consultant through the Yoco App?

  1. Log in to your Yoco App using your email and password (the one you signed up with).
    ​

  2. Tap your business name/logo in the bottom menu to open Business Settings
    ​

  3. Look for the blue chat icon in the bottom-right corner
    ​

  4. Tap "Send us a message"
    ​

  5. Choose a category for your query and type your message

Chat to us between 08:00 to 17:00 every day, or get fast answers after-hours from our Bot Assistant on WhatsApp.
