For a secure and personalised chat experience with direct access to a consultant, reach out to us through the Yoco App.

Our support consultants are available for live chat every day from 8am to 5pm. Outside of these hours, you can either chat with AI Support, or opt to leave a message or request a call for assistance, and our team will respond as soon as we're back online.

How do you chat to a consultant through the Yoco App?

  1. Log in to the Yoco App using the email and password you signed up with.

  2. Select your business name/logo in the menu to open your Business settings.

  3. Look for the blue chat icon in the bottom right corner.

  4. Select Send us a message.

  5. Choose a category for your query and type in your message.

WhatsApp

Chat to us between 8am and 5pm every day, or get fast answers after-hours from our Bot Assistant on WhatsApp.

Phone
