Our support consultants are available for live chat every day from 08:00 to 17:00. Outside of these hours, you can either chat with our Support bot, or opt to leave a message or request a call for assistance, and our team will respond as soon as we're back online.

How do I chat to a consultant through the Yoco App?
Go to your Business settings page by selecting your business name/logo from the bottom of the tabs menu.
βClick on the blue chat icon, located on the bottom-right corner of the screen.
βClick on the chat icon and click Send us a message.
βSelect the most relevant option for your query and send us a message.
Chat to us between 08:00 to 17:00 every day, or get fast answers after-hours from our Bot Assistant on WhatsApp.

Phone
If you prefer to speak directly with us on a call, simply initiate a chat within the Yoco Mobile/Web App, and request a call. We'll be happy to assist you over the phone.
