What is the Yoco Mobile/Web App?

The Yoco App is available on the web and to download on mobile, and is where you go to understand, manage and run your business. The Yoco App has been redesigned and rebuilt from the ground up to help you discover the tools that we offer to run your business and make sales. Sit down at your laptop, or run your business on the go. Everything you need is now just a click or tap away.


What's different about the latest version of the Yoco App?

Fundamentally the latest Yoco Mobile/Web App offers all the features and functionality you may be familiar with in our original Yoco Business Portal - but entirely redesigned and rebuilt. We've simplified the entire experience to help you quickly access the right tools for the job at hand, discover key insights about your business and take fast and efficient action to grow your business.

We have updated the navigation to be more intuitive, you have a profile for your business and one for you (the business owner), you can request an Instant Payout from the Web App, perform partial refunds, and view your Yoco Fees summary right from the Mobile/Web App for the first time (and lots more)!


Who can/should use the latest Yoco Mobile/Web App?

The Yoco App is built for business owners who want to understand, manage and run their businesses better. As an owner, it's up to you who else you give the required access permissions to - just remember that all your business information, data, sales and payouts will be available on the Yoco App.

What can I (and my key managers) use the latest Yoco App for?

The latest Yoco App (on web and mobile devices) allows you to manage and run your business operationally from wherever you are. You can set up your Invoices, Payment Links and Payment Page; You can add and manage staff members and customers; You can view sales, product and staff reports as well as manage card machines, take out a Capital cash advance, and discover tools you didn't know Yoco offered to help you build a better business.

1. Get dynamic business insights

At a glance, see data including the value of your average sales, the number of new versus returning customers, your daily sales, your total sales, your top-performing staff, and (much) more. You’ll get a dynamic dashboard of key information, with live data that is simply yet powerfully organised and displayed for impactful insights and sophisticated convenience. Manage admin with features like inventory tracking and intuitive product organisation, so you can always find what you need, when you need it. Take a closer look and view sales reports at the touch of a button – broken down by number of sales, gross sales, payments, product, staff, categories, and brands.

2. Pull sales reports to do a deep dive into your sales

4. Access Yoco Capital

Yoco customers have exclusive access to Yoco Capital – a funding solution designed for entrepreneurs and small businesses. Yoco Capital is a lump sum (the amount of which is based on your unique business performance) that’s paid out to you in exchange for a fixed percentage of your sales. How do I download/ update to the latest version of the Yoco Mobile App?

Simply search for “Yoco App” on the Apple App Store or on the Google Play Store to find the updates to the Yoco App. You can update your app version from the store so that you can access all the latest functionality.

How do I know which version of the Yoco Mobile App I'm using?

You can navigate to personal settings and click on the Legal option. On the Legal page, the app version number will display.

Do I (and my managers) need to log in to the new Yoco App from scratch?

You will be required to log in to the latest Yoco Web App using the same login detail you and your managers have been using to access Yoco.


Will all my details and settings automatically be transferred onto the new Yoco App?

Yes. Everything you can see today is visible in the latest Yoco App.


Can I still use the original Yoco Business Portal and/or Yoco Mobile POS App?

Once you have updated the Yoco Mobile App, you won’t be able to go back to an older version at a later stage. After you’ve updated, you’ll have access to all the latest features and functionality.


Will I need to use both the Mobile and the Web Apps?

You can use either one according to your preference, and the best thing is that everything you see on one, you’ll be able to see on the other!


Will I have to pay for using the latest Yoco Mobile/Web App?

No, the new Yoco Mobile/Web App is available to all business owners for free.


Which devices can I use to access the latest Yoco Mobile/Web App?

The Yoco Mobile App is compatible with Android 6 and iOS 12 (and above) smartphones and tablets:

The latest Yoco Web App is available on mobile and desktop devices.

You can use any device that has internet and access to a web browser. This includes most laptops, desktop computers, smartphones and tablets.

We currently support Android and iOS mobile devices.


Will I have to download the Yoco Web App?

Nope, it works almost exactly like the original Business Portal where you can access it on any device that has a mobile browser and doesn't require download to use. It's called a Web App because it has so much extra functionality! You can go straight there by just visiting this url:
