So you’ve just received your new SIM card, what now? 🥳
Here’s what to do:
Use a standard SIM slot tool to unlock and gently remove the SIM card tray on the side of your Yoco card machine (switched off).
Remove and discard the old SIM card. Replace with your new SIM card, facing in the same direction and side up.
Slide the SIM card tray gently back into the card machine until it clicks into place.
Switch on your card machine and allow it to connect. 👀 If it doesn’t automatically connect to the new SIM, go to your card machine ‘Settings’ to manually change ‘connection’ from WiFi or Bluetooth to SIM.
💡 Note: The data on your SIMs can only be used with your Yoco card machine(s), it's not possible to create a hotspot, and the SIMs won't work in another device.
