What to do if your Card Machine is Lost or Stolen

Lost or stolen Yoco card machine? Here’s what to do.

If your Yoco card machine has gone missing or been stolen, don’t worry — we’ve made it easy to protect your account, report the loss, and get back to business with as little disruption as possible.

Contact Yoco Support immediately via our in-app chat, and let them know that your card machine has been lost or stolen. They’ll then deallocate your device so that no-one else is able to use it.

Don’t worry, your data is safe! No sensitive data is stored on our card machines, so if your card machine is lost or stolen, it won’t pose a payments security risk.

✨ Unfortunately, we can’t GPS-track or remotely locate your card machine. We also can’t replace lost or stolen machines.
