We’ve recently released the new (and improved) Yoco Web App to replace the original Yoco Business Portal!

If you haven’t yet made the switch, and are still using the old Business Portal to manage your profile, get the original Article here.

No sensitive data is stored on our card machines, so if your card machine gets stolen, it won’t pose a payments security risk.

What to do now?

First, REMOVE the lost / stolen card machine from your profile:

  1. Log in to your Yoco Web App here.

  2. Select your business name/logo at the top of the menu on the left side of your screen, to access your Business Settings page.

  3. Click on the Card Machines tile/widget.

  4. Locate the specific card machine that was stolen, either by custom name or serial number. ​

  5. Click 'Remove'.

  6. A pop-up will appear to confirm the removal, click Remove

  7. Email [email protected] or chat to a human here after this, so we can block the serial number.

  8. 📲 You can replace it in your Web App Card Machines page!

  9. 👀 If you have insurance, file a police report and hopefully you're covered.

IMPORTANT: If your card machine got lost or stolen, we can deallocate the card machine from your account, so no one is able to transact on the card machine. Please notify our support team of this via Live Chat.

Unfortunately, we can't track or GPS locate your card machine, nor can we replace the card machine if it's lost or stolen - as per the Yoco Terms.
