If your Yoco card machine has gone missing or been stolen, don’t worry — we’ve made it easy to protect your account, report the loss, and get back to business with as little disruption as possible.
Contact Yoco Support immediately via our in-app chat, and let them know that your card machine has been lost or stolen. They’ll then deallocate your device so that no-one else is able to use it.
✨ Don’t worry, your data is safe! No sensitive data is stored on our card machines, so if your card machine is lost or stolen, it won’t pose a payments security risk.
✨ Unfortunately, we can’t GPS-track or remotely locate your card machine. We also can’t replace lost or stolen machines.
