How do I chat to a consultant through the Yoco App?
Log in to your Yoco App using your email and password (the one you signed up with).
βTap your business name/logo in the bottom menu to open Business Settings
βLook for the blue chat icon in the bottom-right corner
βTap "Send us a message"
βChoose a category for your query and type your message

Chat to us between 08:00 to 17:00 every day, or get fast answers after-hours from our Bot Assistant on WhatsApp.
