It’s easy to strengthen your brand with every sale by customising your receipts in the Yoco App (mobile or web). Whether you add your logo, business name, and/or contact details, personalising your receipts is a simple way to look more professional and stay connected with your customers.
✨ Please note: You're required to include your registered business name, VAT number (if applicable), physical address and company registration number on your receipt. It's up to you whether or not you want to include your contact number.
Go to your Business settings by selecting your business name in the top right corner of your screen (mobile app) or from the menu on the left of your screen (web app).
Select the Receipt settings tile.
Select the Edit button next to the Details heading.
Add or update any of the following receipt information:
• TypeChoose between a receipt or a tax invoice – both will show the VAT breakdown, but the headings will be different.
• Business taglineAdd a short, memorable phrase that sums up your brand’s purpose or promise (optional).
• Footer
Add anything from opening hours, delivery details, latest specials and discounts, to extra contact details – and update it as often as you like.
• Phone numberToggle the switch to choose whether or not you'd like your business phone number to show on your receipts. It's automatically activated, so you’ll need to toggle the switch to the ‘off’ position to remove it from your receipts.
Select the Preview button in the top grey block to check that you’re happy with the way your receipt displays. If you’d like to make any more changes, select the blue Edit receipt button in the pop-up screen.
✨ Need to update the logo, social media details, or business information on your receipts? Select the Business details tile in your Business settings.
