Time to exchange your defective Yoco card machine for a new one? We’re here to make it happen! And if it’s still under warranty, we’ll replace it free of charge.

We’ll replace your card machine free of charge, if we find it to be defective within 12 months of first being delivered to you – provided that the defective card machine is handed over to our delivery partners, CCD Couriers, when the replacement card machine is delivered. Please speak to us via our in-app chat to order your replacement machine.

Yoco Pro and Yoco Lite

These card machines are no longer supported by Yoco and cannot be replaced. Please contact Yoco support via our in-app chat to find out more about our new card machines or visit the Yoco shop.

Scheduling the delivery of your new card machine

Your card machine will be delivered to you, free of charge, within 2–3 days. CCD Couriers will email or SMS you to arrange a delivery time (Monday to Friday, 08h00–17h00) that suits you. Click on the link in the email or SMS to go to the CCD website and once you’ve verified yourself using your phone number, schedule a time slot. You can also change your delivery details on their website if necessary.

Packing your faulty card machine

Your faulty card machine must be returned to CCD Couriers when they deliver your replacement card machine. Please make sure that this machine and all peripherals (cables, manuals and marketing material) are boxed in the original packaging and ready for collection when CCD Couriers arrives with your replacement machine.

Receiving your replacement card machine

When your replacement machine arrives with CCD Couriers, please check it carefully to ensure that it’s in good condition. If you’re happy the everything is in order, sign for it and hand over the faulty device to the courier.
