Paying with Apple Pay & Google Pay

During checkout, your customer will select Google Pay or Apple Pay as their preferred payment option.
Depending on their device, they’ll use Touch ID or Face ID to verify the transaction.
Once your customer has verified the transaction, the payment will be confirmed and the order placed.

Troubleshooting Apple Pay & Google Pay
Error during payment
If your customer encounters an error while trying to pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay, it could mean that their bank account or bank card isn't eligible for Apple Pay or Google Pay, or that their device doesn’t support either of these payment platforms. Please ask them to try a different card or to contact their card issuer for assistance.
Platforms not visible at checkout
Apple Pay and Google Pay are only accessible on specific devices, in designated countries. If your customer is unable to see Apple Pay or Google Pay during checkout, please check that they're using a supported device and browser and that they're located in an eligible country.
