💬 FAQs

How can I synchronise my refunds? When you process refunds through the Yoco App (mobile or web), your WooCommerce orders won't automatically update to reflect these changes. Follow the steps below to make sure that your WooCommerce orders match the status and amount shown in the Yoco App.

  1. Check that you have the latest version of the Yoco Payments plugin installed on WooCommerce.

  2. From WooCommerce Admin select WooCommerce > Orders.

  3. Find the order that was refunded on the Yoco App (mobile or web).

  4. Select Edit Order.

  5. Find the Order Actions block on the edit order screen, then select Yoco: Sync Refunds from the dropdown list.

  6. Select Update.

  7. The order status will change to Refunded, and the refund amount will match the amount displayed on your Yoco App (mobile or web).

Please note: This process is only necessary when managing refunds. Regular payment transactions synchronise automatically between platforms.
