Top tip: Create staff profiles in the Yoco App

By setting up a profile for each of your staff members in the Yoco App, you can help the TABLE Support Team assist them even faster. How? When a staff member is added to a Yoco profile, we can instantly identify which business they’re contacting us from, saving time and avoiding extra questions.

Follow these steps to create a staff profile:

  1. Log in to the Yoco App (mobile or web).

  2. Select the Manage tab from the menu on the left of your screen.

  3. Select the Staff tile/widget.

  4. Select + New Staff Member button.

  5. Enter your staff member's first name and surname.

  6. Select the Set a PIN tile/widget to create a unique PIN for your staff member. Please note: Your staff member won’t need to use this PIN with TABLE, but setting one is part of creating a staff profile.

  7. Select Save.

Important: Only Administrators and Managers can add new staff members to a Yoco profile.
