Smart receipts make checkout faster and more convenient for your customers. Once they opt in, their receipts are automatically sent to their phone or inbox every time they tap to pay on any Yoco device. No printing, no delays – just a smoother experience for everyone.
Opting in via SMS
Your customer taps to pay on your Yoco card machine, and chooses to have the receipt sent to them via SMS.
When the receipt notification pops up on their mobile phone, they tap to view the receipt.
Your customer selects the blue Opt in button on the banner.
They enter their email address or your mobile number, depending on where they would like the receipt to be sent.
💡 Good to know: Your customer can enter their email address and mobile number if they’d like to receive smart receipts via both channels.
✨ To unsubscribe from Smart Receipts, select the Opt out of Smart Receipts button in any recent Yoco receipt.
