Selling with the Neo Touch on Loyverse

Find out how to make sales, send receipts, request refunds, and use staff switching when your Neo Touch is connected to Loyverse software.

Ready to start accepting payments with your Neo Touch card machine now that it’s paired with Loyverse software? Let’s take a closer look at how you can do that, and a lot more.

Card payments

  1. Create a new sale on your Loyverse POS, by selecting Sales from the menu and adding items to your bill. Click here to find out more.

  2. Tap Charge and add a tip, if required.

  3. Select Yoco as your payment method, and tap Charge again at the bottom of the screen. Click here to find out more.

  4. Allow your customer to tap or insert their card to make a payment.

  5. The option will appear to enter an email address and send a receipt. This screen will remain active until you tap Continue. Click here to find out more.


Receipts

If you’re using Loyverse POS, payment receipts will be issued to customers from the Loyverse app. Learn more about your Loyverse receipts here.

Resending receipts

  1. From the Loyverse app main menu, select Receipts.

  2. All receipts will be listed on the left side of the screen.

  3. When you tap the required invoice, a preview will appear on the right side of the screen.

  4. Tap the 3 dots in the top right corner.

  5. Select Send Receipt and enter your customer's email address.

✨ You can also resend a Yoco receipt (customised with your details) from the Yoco App (mobile or web).


Refunds

All refunds need to be processed from your Loyverse POS, even if payment for the original bill was made with Yoco.

  1. Select Receipts in your Loyverse POS main menu.

  2. Tap on the sale you'd like to refund (you can search by receipt number).

  3. Select Refund in the top right corner of the screen.

  4. Select the item(s) you’d like to refund.

  5. Log in using your Yoco username and password to process the refund.

Sales history

Need to access the sales summary on your Loyverse POS? Here’s how.

  1. Select Receipts in your Loyverse POS main menu to access all previous sales in date order.

  2. You can also view past sales by selecting Shift from the main menu.
