Card payments
Add items to the bill.
Tap the Pay button at the bottom of the bill.
Select Yoco as the payment method and tap the Pay button to confirm the bill amount.
The bill amount will now show on your Neo Touch device, and your customer will have the option of adding a tip or selecting Pay without tip.
Your customer taps or inserts their card to make the payment and complete the sale.
Split bills
When you close a table on your Lightspeed Restaurant K-Series POS, you'll be given the option to split the bill. Find out how by reading the articles below.
✨ The total bill, with each part-payment reflected separately, will be saved in your Restaurant POS sales history. The part-payments made on your Neo Touch will reflect as separate sales in your Yoco sales history.
Receipts
When your Neo Touch is connected to Lightspeed Restaurant (K-Series) POS software, your receipts are managed, sent and printed through your POS setup.

Note: Your customers will get Lightspeed receipts, so if your Restaurant K-Series POS has a printer, you'll also be able to print your receipts.
Refunds
Refunds are initiated from your Lightspeed Restaurant (K-Series) POS.
✨ Refunds can only be requested and completed successfully by the owner or a staff member with permission to perform refunds.
Go to your Lightspeed K-Series POS sales history, and select the sale you want to refund.
Select the blue Receipt actions button below the image of the receipt.
Tap the Full refund button to confirm that you want to refund the receipt.
Select a reason for the void (refund) from the list.
To refund the payment, enter your Yoco login username and password.
✨ Once the refund has been authorised by Lightspeed, it will reflect in both in your Yoco and Lightspeed sales histories.
